J. Patrick Meyer III, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Research, Statistics and Evaluation in the Department of Leadership, Foundations and Policy of the Curry School of Education at the University of Virginia. He teaches courses in statistics and educational measurement. His research focuses on technical and applied aspects of test equating, reliability estimation, and item response time modeling. In 2009, He received the Bradley Hanson Award from the National Council on Measurement in Education for creating and developing a sophisticated yet user-friendly psychometric software application for practitioners called jMetrik.

Kelly Godfrey is an Associate Research Scientist at the College Board. She received her doctoral degree from the Educational Research Methodology department at UNC Greensboro, and has been a trainer for QSR's qualitative analysis software for over 7 years. Her research focuses primarily in psychometrics, including IRT and test equating, and program evaluation, including mixed methods and responsive evaluation approaches.
