Membership in NERA introduces you to a community of educators who are interested in all aspects of educational research. More than 325 registrants representing 23 states attended the annual conference held in October 2016. We welcome experienced researchers, junior faculty, and graduate students.
Membership is annual (from October to October). You can begin registering for the coming year in June and membership remains open until the coming June. For example, if you join between June 2016-May 2017, you are considered a member for the duration of the 2016 Annual Conference (however, to attend the conference, you will need to register) until October 15, 2017 and would need to renew membership before the 2017 Annual Conference. If you wish to join for the October 2017-October 2018 year, including the October 2017 conference, please register after June 1, 2017.
Please note that anyone that is a registered student (regardless of whether you also are employed full-time) is eligible for the student rate.

To renew your membership, members should use the link sent annually in the summer. Contact the NERA Treasurer with questions.
Even if you are unable to join us at our annual conference, membership will ensure that you remain updated on NERA initiatives and continue your association with colleagues and friends.
In accordance with NERA's commitment to sustainability, members will receive an electronic version of the newsletter.

NERA Conference Registration Refund Policy
The deadline to receive a refund for registration is two weeks (14 days) before the conference.
Conference registration cancellations received prior to the deadline are eligible to receive a refund less a $10 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations will be accepted by email in writing and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment, or for members paying by check or cash NERA will issue a check within 14 days.
